It is a HTTP status code that means, one server did not receive a timely response from another server that it was accessing while attempting to load the web page or fill another request by the browser.This usually means that the other server is down or not working properly.
Possible Remedies:-
1.Retry the web page by clicking the refresh/reload button or trying the URL from the address bar again. Its outside of your control, the error might only be temporary.
2.Come back later and check website again.
3.Contact the webmaster.

most Internet sites can be reached via email at webmaster@website.com,
replacing website.com with the actual website name. If that
doesn't work, or you want to make sure you're contacting the right person, you
can usually find valid contact information via a WHOIS search.
